Making a Withdrawal
There are 3 important parameters affecting withdrawals. Please read them below.
- 1.Withdrawal fee: there is a 0.1% withdrawal fee from Fractal. This is to disincentivize malicious actors who would attempt to game the protocol by depositing right before the daily interest is applied and withdraw immediately afterwards. The withdrawal fee will always be slightly higher than the daily interest paid out. This covers part of the bridging fees incurred by the protocol.
- 2.Max withdraw-able amount: when users deposit funds with Fractal, 90% of the deposit amount is bridged to other chains. This means that only 10% is left in the vault to cover immediate withdrawals. If a large user were to want withdraw more than 10% of the overall Fractal TVL
